We have checked accessing controller from different browser. but same thing appears.

Controller machine Details:

Note: We have not installed License file yet.

Kindly help us in resolving the issue.

Hi,

We confirm missing license.lic file at D:\Appynamics\Controller\ locaiton is the actual issue, because without dropping license, UI will either does not allow successful login Or UI will not load for sure. Please drop the license.lic file provisioned by AD team and see how it goes after re-login UI.

Hi,

Though loading issue is not directly related to missing license.lic file but we see user should see error on login without dropping license.lic file at <Controller_install_dir>/ path , Can you copy the license.lic file and see how it goes after browser refresh ?

If problem persists, please send the recent 2-3 server.log under path <Controller_install_dir>/logs and also install.log under <Controller_install_dir>/ path to assist you further.

We assume that browser and flash installed and tried are latest version

Arun

HI AKumar,

Yes, we are getting error saying license file is missing. We are currently in talk with app dynamics team for license. once we get the license will try that. but i guess license file should not be an issue.

As of now I am attaching logs file for your reference. Kindly check and let me know if there is any issue.

Also kindly note that

We have tried accessing controller from Google chrome v16, Mozila firefox v35 with Adobe Flash Player v13.

So i dont think it is an browser related issue.

Kindly help!
