Hi,

could you please add a troubleshooting description for the app.

We just installed it and unfortunately can't configure it, the page gets immediatly an HTTP 500, e.g.

Hi @cbreitenstrom Which Splunk and Add-on version are you using? there can be multiple reason for 500 ERRORs in UI.
