timeline custom visualization - Increase the width of labels in left (resource_field)

I am generating a timeline custom visualization. The panel left does not fit all the characters present in resource field.

How can i increase the width of the panel?

I'm still experiencing the same issue in Splunk Enterprise, Version:7.3.3, Build:7af3758d0d5e.

I do have the problem as well. It is truncating my hostnames.

I'm using of the Timeline App:

Hi @sarthakb,

Unfortunately the labels are a fixed width and there is no good workaround to change it in the current version. We'll consider adding some control to that in a future update. Are you seeing overflow or are they truncating acceptably?

Can i also request for one more feature -

If we use Multi Color - the colors for different categories are picked automatically. Can we set - for e.g.
if the Value of Color field is "ERROR" show in RED color.
