script for lookup failed dbconnect

I created an automatic lookup in dbconnect 2.4 but gives the following error when I run the index and sourcetype associated with the
index=abc sourcetype="def"

[hqidlfafwa03] Script for lookup table 'db_connect_BHC_ACCOUNT' returned error code 1. Results may be incorrect.

What can I do to get this corrected?
