license_usage.log abnormality & ? - Splunk Community

I'm noticing quite a few license usage events with an empty host (h=) and empty source (s=) field, any ideas what could be the cause?

Also, what information is provided in the i= and o= fields?

i= the guid of the corresponding indexer, but I would still like to know why I am seeing blank values in the h field.
