how to remove Splunk DB Connect app

I met with some problem when uninstall this app but it still appears on the homepage.
how to remove it clearly?
I have searched the documents but found no answer.

Delete the App folder: DBX in the path Splunk_HOME / etc / apps / App_Name
if you are unable to delete some files, then disable the app in manage apps. then try to delete the app folder and restart the splunk.

you can delete the app folder under $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/

You might still have artifacts under $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/users//dbx. If you delete any of these directories and restart Splunk, that should do it.

have you restarted the Splunk instance since you uninstalled the app?

I actually have done this but the DB connect banner still exists on the homepage.
