download File not complete for Missile Map

Hi I tried to download the App from https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3511/#/details
but the zip file only contains one file with 'spl' extension
the details mentioned that it should have readme file with the instructions and also dummy csv with data to play with (| inputlookup missilemap_testdata) but not able to find those.
Can anyone confirm if they have downloaded the app recently please.

The README will be in the application directory once you've installed the SPL file (e.g. in $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/missile_map).

This file is essentially the same as the detailed notes on the Splunkbase page, but you can also see it here:
