Now I can't connect oracle database.
Splunk error is command="dbinfo", Error getting database connection: [Microsoft][ODBC ????̹? ????] ?????? ?? ?̸??? ??? ?⺻ ????̹??? ???????? ?ʾҽ??ϴ
This error is the same in dbx.log

How can I solve this problem?

You shouldn't use ODBC for connecting to an Oracle database. Select "Oracle" from the list of available database types instead.
