build asset list

recently we integrate the Cisco ISE with splunk. after detailed inspection of logs, I found that I have multiple type of information.

How can I build/create asset list through Cisco ISE logs ?

asset and identity lists are being used by Splunk premium apps such as ES and PCI.
there are examples (one of them is in the link you shared) of how to create those lists (lookups)
regarding your question, once you have all hosts / sources verified as values to a field in Splunk, use the search in the link you provided and pipe to outputlookup assets.cvs
now that you have the assets list, you can follow and do the same for identity, however, remeber that there are no searches / reports / views in the Cisco ISE app that refers to these lists. you will have to create on your own
