amMap error: KeyError: u'amMap'

I just installed MAXMIND (which works fine) and amMap. When I try to view the app, I get this error:

500 Internal Server Error
KeyError: u'amMap'

The web_access.log indeed shows a 500 response, but nothing is mentioned in the splunkd.log.

splunkd_access.log shows this:

Hello,

i get the same error Message, when i try to start the amMap sample via the Launcher.

500 Internal Server Error KeyError: u'amMap'
