Within Splunkforwarder 5.0.1 on Windows 7 the TA-XS60 are not running or executed

We have installed splunk 5.0.1 on Linux 32bit (Indexer) + Splunk App for Server Virtualization.
So we have on Windows 7 the splunkforwarder 5.0.1 installed and configured to the indexer.
xsconfig: edited
python27: installed
splunk_home: C:\Program Files\SplunkUniversalForwarder
splunkforwarer restarted

No input to indexer.

Executed *.py from inside cmd-shell get output and this is also good output
After change the $SPLUNK_HOME/var rights i also get TA-XS60.log

Any hints to get data to indexer (task / enable feature /execute rights) ?
Is there any command which i can execute or debug this ?

the same situation for me splunk 5 and forwarder on Windows2008R2 64 bit with pyton 2.7.3.amd64

i receive an error message in the indexer from getMessage.py see my own question post
