Windows perf counters in a gauge with high value

devsupport
Engager

I'd like to create a gauge using two windows performance counters. One counter to represent the max value, the other should represent the current value. This query works fine in a line chart.

object="SQLServer:Databases" counter="Log File(s) Used Size (KB)" OR counter="Log File(s) Size (KB)" | timechart avg(Value) as Avg by counter

Questions:
* Using the example above, how do I refactor the query so the "Log File(s) Size (KB)" counter as the high value?
* How can the KB value be converted to GB?
