Why is the Splunk dbconnect migration script not working when upgraded to version 3.1.2?

I am getting the following error while upgrading my existing splunk db connect version 2.3.1 to 3.1.2.

Any help is much appreciated.

Bump, same issue. I guess manual input recreation it is..
