Why is Splunk MINT using old versions of Android Studio?

Does not the latest version of mint sdk 5.2.1 support the latest version of Android studio 2.3.2 version........?

Support for Android Studio 2.3.x will be released in the next Android SDK release. You can track new SDK releases/changelog here.
