Why are we Not getting Microsoft teams information

All Apps and Add-ons

MS 365 TA has been installed on HF, all input have been configured but client is not getting the teams information. Only 0365 is supported Microsoft teams TA is not supported by splunk. what can I do to perform the team data pull?
