Why am I getting an error message when installing the Splunk App for VMware?

I am trying to install the Splunk App for VMware app. When I am trying to set up the page and save it, i get an error message:

Encountered the following error while trying to update: Error while posting to url=/servicesNS/nobody/splunk_for_vmware/admin/splunk_for_vmware/general_settings

I tried to figure out where the issue is. I tried a couple from previous Splunk Answers posts, but no luck.

Has any one figured out why this error is showing up?
