You can download 6.0.0 or 5.0.1, but not 5.0.0. You probably want 5.0.1. Get it at https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/742/ by selecting "5.0.1" from the Version dropdown.

The docs at https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/WindowsAddOn/6.0.0/User/Upgrade say to upgrade from pre-5.0 versions to 5.0.1 before upgrading to 6.0.

Currently I'm using version 4.8.4 and follow the upgrade instruction steps on the link below. The step mentions that has to upgrade to 5.0.0 first and followed by the upgrade from 5.0.0 to 5.0.1.

Can i skip the 5.0.0 upgrade and direct upgrade to 5.0.1 from 4.8.4?
