What's causing the error "An error occurred while installing the app: 500" when trying to update Splunk add-on for Tenable?

Trying to update Splunk add0on for Tenable 5.1.1 to 5.1.3 in Dev before trying in Prod. Getting the above error after I sign in and click the button.
