Virustotal Checker: Why do I keep getting error "'NoneType' object is not iterable" in dict_reader.py?

Looking for assistance on this error:

External search command 'vt' returned error code 1. Script output = " ERROR "TypeError at ""/opt/splunk/etc/apps/virustotalchecker/bin/splunklib/searchcommands/splunk_csv/dict_reader.py"", line 38 : 'NoneType' object is not iterable" "

My search still returns results, but I continually get this error. I couldn't find much documentation on how to configure this app (and I'm new to the whole thing), so any guidance/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I also saw that error message.
vt command must use after table command.

ex.) * | head 10 | table src, md5hash, path | vt field=md5hash | table src, md5hash, vt_av_result, path
