Varonis TA won't launch gives blank White Screen

The Varonis TA gives a blank white screen when launching. I deleted and re installed same thing

The TA does work behind the scenes to make sure that the event data is parsed correctly and ready for the App dashboards. So you certainly need both. Unfortunately, our Splunk App guide has not been updated with the latest manual which addresses both the TA and the App. We are working to update the guide ASAP. Meanwhile, feel free to send us an e-mail to splunkapp@varonis.com and we will send you the updated document.

Ok I got you. So you don’t actually configure the data point in the TA? I thought I used the TA to configure the data I would view through the app. I have the app downloaded already. I will have to figure then where I configure the data point.

Hi,

You must download and install the App in order to see the dashboards which are populated via syslog by DatAlert.
