Using Rest API Modular Input, how can I get data from a website every 1 hour?

I installed 'rest api modular input' and then i tried to get the data from the worldcoinindex.com into splunk by using the REST option.
However, the method did not fetch the data at that very instant, rather it fetched the data once after some hours, and repeated the process after another 24 hours.
So, how can I control the time for fetching the data, so that I can fetch data after every 1 hour interval, through this option?
