User is getting Oops page when trying to access /app/splunk_app_jenkins/build

Hi  one of the user is getting  Oops page when trying to access /app/splunk_app_jenkins/build  but the same user is able to use search app and  able to search all logs related to his  Jenkins  instances.

we did check Role capabilities and Restrictions and  they both looks fine.

any tips or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

It sounds like the user doesnt have the correct permissions on the splunk_app_jenkins app and/or the build page within it.

If you navigate to https://yoursplunkenv/en-US/manager/search/apps/local and find the Jenkins app, click on Permissions  - does the user's role exist with at-least the read permission?

If you go to https://yoursplunkenv/en-US/app/splunk_app_jenkins/dashboards and then find the build view, select Edit -> Edit Permissions - is the user's role listed with at-least read permission?

Thank you @livehybrid  I did give permissions to all  Jenkins dashboard ( added respective read role ) to the dashboards  still user is getting this message
