Unable to create outputs in DBX app to push my kvstore data to SQL DB

i'm planning to move KVSTORE data from splunk to mysql Server, which i'm successfully create CONNECTIONS and IDENTITIES using CONFIGURATION tab in DBX app. now the issue which i'm facing was the Custom App which i have created is not showing up in APP drop-down in OUTPUTS tab in DBX app. can any one help on this..

Make sure the app is set to be visible in the app's properties. Though you shouldn't have to, every once in a blue moon I've had to restart Splunk to get a new app to show up after you change that setting.
