Unable to create custom object in Splunk Add-on for Salesforce

Hi,

I am getting data for the existing objects but I am unable to create a new custom object in Salesforce add-on. I am facing the below error message but could find anything in the settings. I found that same issue has been faced by other user but there is no answer for that question. Anyone succeeded in resolving the issue? Thanks in advance.
