Unable to access splunk on AWS

Just installed Splunk on AWS. It nice gave me access url

The Splunk web interface is at http://ip-172-31-nn-nn.us-east-2.compute.internal:8000

I also allowed firewall rule but unable to access Splunk. Any reason why?
