Twilio SMS alerting - Error

Hello All,

Twilio SMS alerting is not working as expected. While the initial set up has been done without any hiccups, but can see below errors.

Can anyone assist.

1)-0700 WARN sendmodalert - action=twilio - Alert action script returned error code=2
2)-0700 FATAL sendmodalert - action=twilio STDERR - Failed trying to send SMS Message via Twilio

No idea why.
