Trouble with splunk app for windows infrastructure

Hi,
I'm trying to setup the splunk app for windows infrastructure with the documentation.
But when I want to launch the App, I've got this message :

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

I would like to know what I missed.

hi,
Chrome is my browser.
I found where the problem came from.
My browser is in french language so in my URL, I have a part "fr-FR" and the app work only in "en-us".
So, when I change it it works.

This appears to be a problem with installation. However, we need more information to be able to help.

• What browser are you using?
• What other text or data is shown with the above error message?
• What URL is the browser connected to when you receive the message?
