Can the app Graphite Output for Splunk push Splunk data to Graphite??

I was trying to integrate Splunk with the Graphite and pipe in the Splunk data to Graphite.

I came across this application 'Graphite Output for Splunk' and wanted to give a try. But there was no documentation provided.

Could you please help me understand if this app really helps in pushing the Splunk data to Graphite.
