Timeline on Support for 6.0?

Hi There,

Could we know the estimated timeline around when it’d be arriving for Splunk 6.x?

We are currently on 4.3.2 and are in the planning phase of upgrading Splunk, so we would really like to make use of new features in 6.0 if PCI module is coming soon (in next 2-3 months). This would save us double effort in now upgrading to 5.x and then later 6.x.

I need the PCI app to be compatible as soon as possible. It hinder our upgrade to version 6. First we thought to keep the search head with PCI on 5.x while we upgraded the rest but that doesn't seam to be an option either: http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/6.0/DistSearch/Versioncompatibility
