Splunkbase app management

I'm trying to add another username to the app that I have uploaded to Splunkbase so that the app can also be updated by that username. I can search for the username just fine but when I try to add them it comes up as "Invalid Username". Has anyone else ran into this issue and if so how did you correct it?

I had the same trouble, for example my nickname is "Drainy" but when I registered it was actually Draineh, this is also the name I still use to physically log in.

To add them to the app you need to enter the name that they use to physically log in, so in my case Drainy showed an Invalid Username error, but Draineh worked.

If the username you use to login with matches your displayed username you probably just need to wait until they see this question, they do check on here for technical problems. My point above is that just because its searchable doesn't mean that it is the username you need to enter (Splunkbase lets you change your username after registration 🙂 )

Drainy, I can log in fine with the account name that I am attempting to use, also I can search and find the user with the same name without an issue.
