SplunkIT for splunk6.2?

I need to do a performance test and I would like to use SplunkIt on Splunk6.2
However, according to the app page, the supported version is Splunk6.1.

Could I still use SplunkIT3.2 on Splunk6.2 or should I wait for SplunkIT for Splunk6.2?

Did you run SplunkIT3.2 successfully on Splunk6.2 ? According to this case is not working.

If you are preparing for the large deployment and want to test let's say SHC with a distributed environment, would it make sense to use SplunkIt on each individual host before setting up the cluster?

Hope the SplunkIt app will have an update on distributed search scenarios.
