Splunk for Cisco CDR: How to resolve error "You are using one or more CMR fields in your search (MLQKav) but these terms wont work unless you select "include call quality" data."?

Hello.

I need help solving this prroblem (Splunk for Cisco CDR):

WARNING. You are using one or more CMR fields in your search (MLQKav) but these terms wont work unless you select "include call quality" data.

I do not understand where to make this setting.

In the form elements at the top of the page, one of them is labeled "include". If you click that one, you can include a couple optional datasources in the overall query. One of these is "call quality". It's telling you that you have to open that include pulldown and add the "call quality" data.
