Splunk db connect and python 3 error

Hi I have installed latest version of splunk db connect on 8.0.1 splunk version with python3. For 1 day I was able to get data and then it abruptly stops data coming from db connect app while checking error it shows-

ERROR No module named 'dbx_bootstrap_env'

and
