Well there is this https://github.com/splunk/botsv3 but be aware that most of the required apps are either outdated or no longer available.

These used to be available on request by email to  [email protected]  - I assume this is still the case, the bots V3 questions/answers arent/shouldnt be publicly available.

I would recommend emailing to see if they are able to send you them.
