Hi all,

I am receiving this error when trying to configure my ServiceNow developer instance that I created on my Splunk server.
My servicenow instance is dev and I'm not sure what I'm missing.
The username and password are correct for my dev instance to SNOW. Just not sure what the network issue is.

Have you checked the logs for more information on the error being thrown? You can do so at index=_internal sourcetype="ta_snow". This should give you some additional insight into the connectivity issue.
