When I start up Splunk UBA and try to log in through the Web UI I get a pinwheel and then after some time a message pops up that says "An error occurred while retrieving the data". What could be the issue here?
which version are you in? can you share screenshot? Have you gone to your master node (node 1) and restarted Caspida?
