We have the Splunk App got Netapp Data Ontap installed however the splunk_ontap_admin role is not visible within the Users access controls. Is the app installed correctly?
If you don't see the roles mentioned in the docs, then authorize.conf was not installed correctly. Check to make sure that the "splunk_app_netapp" folder appears on your server under $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps. You may have to restart after file copy.
