Splunk Health Check Overview: Error message "corrupt csv header...TA-cisco-ios" from lookup

Using Splunk Cloud 6.5, in health overview app getting

"Corrupt csv header in /opt/splunk/etc/apps/TA-cisco_ios/lookups/cisco_ios_acl_excluded_ips.csv, contains empty value (col #2)" error.Eventhough there is no second column in lookup. i have recreated the lookup and tried but same error.

Please help on the same.

Its fixed with the latest version of TA
