Splunk App for Web Analytics: Can you have multiple hosts on one line in WA_settings.csv?

trying to figure out how to aggregate data from multiple host website.
we have our application running on multiple hosts sitting behind a load balancer
would like to be able to see over all response times for aggregate of all nodes as well as individuals

There is now a new version of the app (1.3) that supports wildcard matching in the host field as well. Sorry it took so long adding this.

Seems obvious, doesn't it.
I could understand if this was v1

I'm surprised the host field doesn't support a regex of some type...I'm looking for the same functionality as you and it seems like a bit of a common use case for large-scale enterprise apps. I want an aggregate view of the app, not a breakdown of the app per node -- this is too technical a detail for reports that get consumed by business users or managers.
