I am finding with the Exchange Service Analyzer I cannot get consistent results. I can load the page and get 100% across the board, refresh the data and it will show all red. If I drill down into the details, the results do not seem consistent with the top level data either.
Any thoughts? I like the concept, but the consistency makes this data useless right now.
Have you contacted Support about this issue? I don't know off the top, but I do know that these sort of issues often turn out to be environmental or setup-related. Even if it's truly a bug, we'd need more specifics to be able to troubleshoot effectively. I'd recommend filing a ticket.
