Splunk Alert action for ServiceNow back dates incident

We are seeing incidents in service now showing up in the past on the incident view, it appears they get opened in 12 hour time so they are all appearing as AM incident times 12 hours in the past when one happens after 12:59 PM.

If you drill into the incident the correct 24 hour time is listed. Any ideas what could be causing this?
