Splunk Add-on for Salesforce: What do I need to configure to see other users login history in the logs?

I have both the Splunk Add-on for Salesforce and the Splunk App for Salesforce up and running and getting data in.
But for the login_history object I only get the login history of the user used by Splunk to connect to Salesforce.
Am I missing something?

The user used for the Add-On needs "Manage User" privileges.
