Splunk Add-on for Microsoft IIS: 6.6.x compatibility?

Hi,

Is the current IIS Add-on version compatible for Splunk v6.6.2 ? I guess it should be OK although it's only mentioned upto 6.5 in Splunkbase as of this writing.

Hi Shreedeep,

Yes, the Add-on for IIS is compatible with Splunk 6.6.x. In fact, new Splunk releases are backward-compatible with add-ons that supports a previous version unless called out otherwise.
If you look at the add-on release note, its says that Splunk versions 6.3.x and later are all supported.
