Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Cloud Services -- mscs:storage:blob props.conf

This Splunk supported add-on doesn't appear to have any configuration for the storage blob input, which ends with incorrect line breaking, not in json format, etc. Has anyone ran into this, and has anyone created any configuration for this sourcetype?

However, with this Storage Blob data, it appears to be starting mid date/timestamp for time extraction, and I can't figure out why. Here is a sample of data:
