Splunk Add-on for Cisco UCS:Authentication failed

From the ta_cisco_ucs.log I am getting the following error message:

Failed to get cookie from , errcode=551, reason=Authentication failed

I searched the answers but no solution has worked.

HI -- Try using a password which does not contain special characters.
