So I have successfully configured the servicenow addon using the developer servicenow instance using the default admin user provided.
But since having an admin access to our prod servicenow is impossible,
my question is what is the minimum required user role that you have to use in the servicenow add on app.

This integration can only be set up by someone with administrator privileges in ServiceNow, so you will need to work closely with your ServiceNow admin in order to complete the setup steps.
