SecKit for geolocation with MaxMind Add-on: App doesn't load user config and gives error.

Hi,

I am unable to use the SecKit geo app when going to app config because it's stuck on loading.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Splunk 8.04

Following error received:
