Search & Autozoom

Is it possible to include a search engine in the visualization that allows positioning in an element of the map?

An autozoom similar to that done by google maps when searching for a city, but inside the dashboard.

The short answer is that's not a current feature of the application. It may be something I can implement though. Could you please elaborate on your use case. Do you want to search features you've added to the map (markers) or do you want to search for locations on the map (countries, regions, states)?

Thanks for answering.

In my case I want to locate a marker within the map (which I have previously located with coordinates), the problem is that they are markers with very unintuitive names that do not provide contextual information so if you do not know exactly where is it, you end up in a trial and error process, or end up looking elsewhere (in my case a kmz uploaded on google earth).

What I'm looking for is not having to leave splunk to access the data I load in the marker

Thanks in advance !
