SNMP Splunk MA App for Netcool: Is it compatible with version 8 and Python 3.x?

We plan to upgrade Splunk to version 8 but not sure if this app is compatible with v8 and Python 3.x?

I installed it on Splunk 8.1 but it didnt work and it also didnt create a netcool_custom_modular_alert.log
