SNMP Modular Input: After installing and going to the app, why does it say "Splunk cannot find the "setup" view."?

I installed the app, but when I go to the app it says "Splunk cannot find the "setup" view." 404 Any ideas?

Did you enable snmp_ta application using 'Launch App' link given on 'Manage Apps' page.

The error is produced when I click the "Launch App" link.
